Powers of inspectors
:
(1) An inspector appointed in accordance with Rule 75 may inspect the establishment of a person who has received a permit.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), it shall be the duty of the licensee or client to provide the necessary assistance to the inspector and to answer all the questions asked by the inspector.
